Delivery & Returns Policy
All orders received by 2 pm will be despatched the same day where possible unless you instruct us otherwise or the sweets you have ordered are out of stock. We will contact you in the event of any problems or delays. We are human, and sometimes things don’t go according to plan.

Orders received outside those times (Weekends, Bank Holidays and Public Holidays) will be despatched on the next working day.

We dispatch using either Royal Mail 1st Class, Royal Mail Next Day, or suitable courier. The approximate delivery times are as follows.

Royal Mail 1st Class – Aim to deliver next Working day. Allow 1-2 days.
Royal Mail Next Day – guaranteed delivery of parcels (up to 10kg) by 1 pm next working day, for orders placed before 1 pm via our website. Excludes weekends, bank holidays.
Courier delivery – tracked & signed for service – delivery in 3-5 working days.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed and are subject to severe weather episodes etc.

This list is not exhaustive, and occasionally we may need to use a different service in order to send your goods effectively. If you require a specific delivery service that isn’t listed in the basket when you order, please contact us. Requests may be placed via email and we will calculate shipment-specific costs to that order.

Despatch will be to the address exactly as you enter it. Please ensure that the Postal Code is correct. We cannot accept responsibility for uncollected parcels or failed delivery arising from incorrect address details.

If you require guaranteed delivery, next day delivery or any other special arrangements please contact us for a quotation.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Return of Faulty Goods:

We believe you will be very happy with your order but if a problem arises please contact us immediately via email at info@rockpopcandy.co.uk. We will discuss the problems with you and generate a customer dispute code linked directly to your purchase where applicable.

Please return products with the receipt, dispute code, your contact details and an explanation of the problem. You will be refunded in full subject to abiding by the terms and conditions or, if you prefer, a replacement may be sought.

Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited.

Similarly, any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.

If you do not contact us within 14 days of receipt, we will be unable to help due to the limited shelf life of many of our products.
