For all loose / weigh out sweets the priced weight will include any immediate wrapping.

All orders accepted are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions.

All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products. As with all confectionary, specifications may vary slightly.

If you have ordered a mixed product and a single item is out of stock, we may exchange the missing item for similar so as not to delay dispatch. If this is not possible we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

Delivery Information:

All orders received by 11 am Tuesday to Friday will be despatched the same day where possible, unless you instruct us otherwise or the sweets you have ordered are out of stock.

Orders received outside those times (Weekends, Bank Holidays and Public Holidays) will be despatched on the next working day.

All deliveries less than 4kg in weight will be sent via by Royal Mail where possible, or via a courier service.We despatch using Second Class Post unless you have contacted us for a quote for an alternative or faster delivery method. Larger orders will be sent via an alternative courier or you may select “collect in store” when purchasing.

All Orders over 10kg will require you to contact us for a delivery price and will not come into the set delivery price within the webshop.

International Requests may be placed via email and we will calculate shipment-specific costs to that order.

We do not guarantee delivery times but under normal circumstances, your order should reach you within 3 to 5 days.

Despatch will be to the address exactly as you enter it. Please ensure that the Postal Code is correct. We cannot accept responsibility for uncollected parcels or failed delivery arising from incorrect address details

If you require guaranteed delivery, next day delivery or any other special arrangements please contact us for a quotation.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Customer Care:

Rock Pop Candy is a family run business and we are committed to our high standard of customer care. We hope you have had a positive experience using our shop. If, however, you are not entirely happy with our service or products provided please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do all we can to rectify your problem. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 24 hours (except weekends). Equally, if you are happy with your items please write a comment on our guestbook or join our Facebook or Twitter family.

Nut Allergy and Ingredients:

We’re sorry but we are not a nut free environment. You don't have to be mad to work here, but it helps.

The products we sell, to the best of our knowledge, are manufactured on production lines which may use nut ingredients and therefore we cannot guarantee that nut traces are not present in the products we sell unless a product specifically states that it is Nut Free.

Ingredient lists are not included for most of the orders despatched unless as part of the manufacturers packaging or labelling.

If you require items that adhere to a specific dietary requirement such as vegetarian, halal or kosher please contact us directly as we do stock approved products but cannot list every item and their labelling on our shop site. We will be happy to help wherever possible.

Pricing and Payments:

The price of each Rock Pop Candy Item is listed in £ Sterling and includes VAT at the current rate where applicable.

Delivery charges are added to the item price.

On-line payments are taken at the time of order and all online payments are processed through Sage Pay, a secure payments system to ensure the highest standards of security for our customers, or via PayPal.

We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.

Your Order:

We will acknowledge receipt of your order and will then check the content. If there are any problems we will endeavour to e-mail you within 24 hours. If we are unable to despatch your order due to stock shortages we will e-mail you to offer suitable substitutes of an equal or higher value.

Postage & Packaging:

Relevant p&p charges are added to your selection at check-out.

Maximum weight per UK order is 10kg

Unless by special arrangement packages are sent by Royal Mail or local courier.

Some items are presented in specific packaging that may require the “collect in store “option. This is listed alongside the product. Postal alternatives may be sought but you will need to contact us to arrange this.

Return of Faulty Goods:

We believe you will be very happy with your order but if a problem arises please contact us immediately via email at We will discuss the problems with you and generate a customer dispute code linked directly to your purchase.

Please return products with receipt, dispute code, your contact details and an explanation of the problem. You will be refunded in full subject to abiding by the terms and conditions or, if you prefer, a replacement may be sought.

Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited.

Similarly, any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.

If you do not contact us within 14 days of receipt we are unable to help due to the limited shelf life of many of our products.

Booking For Candy Workshops:

Bookings for ALL Workshops will require a minimum deposit of 50% to be paid at the time of booking.

Please note that your booking will not be confirmed until full payment is received.

Cancellation policy:

If you cancel your party booking within 1 calendar month you are entitled to a full refund of the deposit paid.

If a cancellation is made between 4 and 2 weeks before the date of the booking 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

Cancellation less than 14 days prior to booking date will not be eligible for a refund of deposit.

We appreciate that unforeseen circumstances occur in all our lives and, where possible, we will offer another time slot in recompense.

We reserve the right to cancel a workshop due to our own unforeseen circumstances. In this unlikely eventuality, a full refund will be made to you, the customer.
